HOW TO INSTALL WINDOWS 8 IMAGE

1. The first step you need to do is boot the computer you can use the Windows 8 installation media (CD or USB drive). Go first to the bios with f2 click
2. Then select the language you will use, if it determines click next.
   
3. To begin the process to install windows 8 click on "install now"
   
4. Next, you must enter the serial number windows 8 then click next
   
5. check the box " I accept the license terms " and click the Next button
   
6. Specifies the option to choose between making an upgrade or custom installation . I recommend Choose " Custom : Install Windows only (advanced ) "
   
7. Next you are asked to select the partition that you want to install Windows 8 . Select the partition you want and click Next .
   
8. Then , create a new partition by clicking New
   
9. Specify the partition size you want and then click Apply click ok
   
10. Make sure the correct partition is selected and click Next.
    
11. Wait a few minutes for the process to install windows 8
    
12. When the installation is completed , Automatically Windows 8 setup will reboot system.  After that,yowill see the process of the preparations made for the first login

14. After the reboot is complete , Windows 8 will be loading for further processing
    
15. Enter a name for your computer and you can and choose the background color you want. Next, click Next.
    
16. select the option Express Settings or Customize . In this practice I would choose the Customize option , then click Customize .
    
17. Further requested to enable file sharing or not . Please Select your desired
    
18. Next will come the question to the desired settings in Windows updates , security features such as SmartScreen Filter , Please Seuaikan your needs and then click Next .
    
19. Adjust the settings if you want to send various types of information to Microsoft . Please set according to what you want and click Next.
    
20. option to perform what you want to turn on . You can also set if the application can use the name and account picture
    
21. To the extent the "Sign in to your PC " . My best advice is to use a Microsoft account ( hotmail email account , known as Windows Live ID ) . Type in your Microsoft account and click Next . enter the password / account password Microsoft . After that click Next .
    
22. Enter your e - mail and phone number alternative to recover your account password , this is for security if one day you forget or changed by others . and then click Next .
    
23. Wait until the process is complete

Sejarah Keybord

Pernahkah kamu bertanya, kengapa susunan huruf dalam keyboard mesin ketik, komputer, hingga PDA kita berupa “QWERTYUIOP” dan seterusnya? Kengapa ga dibuat saja berurutan seperti “ABCDEFGH” dan seterusnya?

Konon, keyboard tersebut sudah diciptakan sejak tahun 1860an oleh Sholes dan Dunsmore. Awalnya mereka membuatnya berurutan sesuai abjad. Namun, lambat laun seiring dengan meningkatnya kemampuan (kebiasaan) user, kecepatan mengetik menjadi lebih cepat padahal mekanisme mesin saat itu masih sederhana. Akibatnya, (baris) tombol tertentu menjadi sering macet dan menghambat pekerjaan.

Berdasar pengalaman mereka, akhirnya disusunlah keyboard yang sengaja dipersulit dan dibuat tidak efisien agar keyboard tidak mudah jammed. Desain mesin ketik itu kemudian dijual ke Remington untuk diproduksi secara massal tahun 1873. Susunannya terbagi dalam empat baris, baris teratas berupa “23456789-”, baris kedua “QWE.TYIUOP”, baris ketiga “XDFGHJKLM”, dan baris terbawah “AX&CVBN?;R”.

Seiring berjalannya waktu, teknologi berkembang pesat dan masalah tombol keyboard yang sering macet sudah teratasi dengan desain mekanik yang lebih baik. Sejumlah desain keyboard alternatif juga muncul di pasaran. Salah satu yang cukup populer adalah Dvorak Simplified Keyboard (DSK) yang dibuat oleh August Dvorak tahun 1936. Desain itu diklaim merupakan desain yang lebih efisien, cepat, dan egronomis.

QWERTY sebenarnya punya banyak kelemahan seperti membuat tangan kiri Anda overload terutama ketika menulis dalam bahasa Inggris (hal serupa saya rasakan ketika menulis dalam bahasa Indonesia). QWERTY juga membuat kelingking Anda overload. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi huruf tidak merata sehingga jari Anda harus menyeberang dari baris ke baris—-bila dihitung jari tukang ketik tipikal akan berjalan lebih dari 20 mil per hari dibandingkan dengan DSK yang hanya 1 mil.

Sayangnya, orang tetap ogah berpaling dari desain “QWERTY” kendati desain tersebut bukan merupakan desain yang terbaik. Sekalipun teknologi sudah bisa mengatasi problem tombol yang nge-jam, orang tetap bertahan dengan desain “QWERTY” bukannya desain lain yang lebih superior. Alih-alih, QWERTY malah dinobatkan menjadi standar internasional di tahun 1966.

Dalam dunia ilmiah, fenomena ini dijelaskan sebagai konsep path dependency dan network externality. Intinya, inovasi tidak menghasilkan outcome yang out of the blue, tetapi merupakan perkembangan yang bisa diprediksi dari yang sudah-sudah. Selain itu, value dari inovasi tersebut akan makin tinggi bila digunakan oleh makin banyak orang. Pada tahap tertentu, inovasi tersebut akan menjadi standar yang digunakan oleh umum.
